A day on the Exe

What with christmas & the new year and an on - off and now on again house move to contend with ,I've not been able to get out much lately,but I did manage my first outing of the year last week to the Exe estuary which proved to be a good days birding with  one or two photographs taken..I was hoping to see & get a shot of the Glossy Ibis which has been on Exminster marsh for a  while & was also lucky enough to see a Long Eared Owl which was roosting nearby.

    cracking shots Dibs, love the owl, Delia said it was in the area earlier this week.
    No need to travel that far for a glossy ibis though.....
