Took the drive down to Helston where this Bonaparte's Gull had taken up residence for a few days, only the second I've seen , the first being at Millbrook (also Cornwall) way back in January 2012. An small elegant Gull which showed really well and was worth the journey ( especially as I also caught up with the Yellow Browed Warbler at Tehidy on the way home).
